How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty cardboard mailers with extra corner protection and stiffeners to ensure your records arrive in pristine, warp-free condition.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. However, due to the nature of the product, opened vinyl, CDs, or cassettes can only be returned if they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, EMI Records ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the records sold on your site new or used?
We primarily sell brand-new, factory-sealed pressings. Any vintage or 'pre-loved' items will be clearly marked in the product description with a detailed grading of the sleeve and media.
